You have enrolled on a first rate music course and by doing so, have made a commitment to your musical education. We in turn commit ourselves to providing you with the best possible tuition. To maintain our high standard and to run efficiently, it is necessary to make a few rules and we ask you to carefully take note of those set out below and fill in the slip at the bottom.
• We are open for 48 weeks of the year. We are closed 2 weeks at Christmas and 2 weeks at Easter. You are obliged to attend every week for maximum progress.
• All lesson fees are to be collected by an ongoing standing order on the 14th of every month.
• Refunds will not be given for unattended lessons.
• Two free weeks will be included in the total fees payable to offset against any summer holiday.
• Pupils that miss a lesson due to unforeseen circumstances may be able to reschedule a catch-up appointment depending on availability.
• If a teacher is absent, a substitute teacher will be arranged. If this has not been possible, an alternative lesson will then be offered.
• Classes that dwindle in numbers will be merged so they can continue successfully.
• Drum pupils must bring adequate earplugs to all lessons.
• To showcase success and help promote the school, we may occasionally take a photo or video. This may be used in literature or online. To opt out, please inform us in writing.
• You must provide us with correct contact details as laid out on the enrolment form and keep us up to date of any changes. Any information provided, is used solely by us; and only as required in the day-to-day running of the school.
• There is no parking before 5pm Mon-Fri. Our three spaces at the front of the building can be used to pull in, but only to drop-off or collect pupils. Please respect our neighbours by not using their spaces. You are welcome to park after office hours and at weekends.
We hope that you enjoy lessons with us and ask that if you ever have problems with the course, lesson time or teacher, please talk to us. We will be more than happy to try and make alternative arrangements for you whatever the reason.
