For over 70 years, Yamaha have been creating and developing innovative teaching techniques and courses, catering for all ages.
Since the opening of the first Yamaha Music School in 1954 in Japan, more than 5 million students have received lessons from over 18,000 teachers at more than 4,500 different locations around the world.
We have been around in Derby since 1984 and are proud to be one of the biggest Yamaha schools in the UK.
We currently run courses for guitar lessons, drum lessons, singing lessons, keyboard lessons and piano lessons with both classes and one-to-one lessons.

The Yamaha Origin Story
